Why Cut Out Sugar From My Diet?
(1st Round)
So… I decided to change my life and to maintain a good healthy lifestyle from now on. I recently had all my blood and body medical analyses done, and everything checked out alright.
But, not too long ago, I reached 48 years of age on this planet, and now I feel it’s time to start loving my body. When we love someone, we want that person to be happy, and we try to offer them all of the best things. Therefore, I realized that until now I didn’t love my body. I abused it by providing it foods of uncertain quality, a non-natural diet filled with so many chemicals.
I didn’t know from the beginning about the processes working behind the scenes. I didn’t know for a long time about the chemicals inserted in our foods.
But… I have to be sincere… there have passed by many years since I uncovered the truth.
What did I do about it? Nothing. I continued to provide the same kind of food to my body.
Now I’ve decided to stop this. I still have time to take control and to be in charge of my life. I don’t want my life to be controlled by those who provide the food industry with all those killer aliments.
Why wait for a certain organ inside my body to crash… and only then try to stop the insertion of the daily poison inside my body?
Well… you got my point here. I’ve already decided the small steps I will be taking for the first phase of my healthy way of living.
Today I want to talk about a part of the 2nd step… cutting out sugar.
Why take on this step from the beginning?
Because I really believe that sugar is a silent killer in our lives.
Don’t miss understand me. Until now I loved sugar, and in one way or another I always had sugar in my food. Now I want to get rid of this unhealthy eating habit. I know it will be hard. But… I intend to eliminate the hidden killers from my life, one by one.
I am sorry for the pharmaceutical industry; I am sorry for our modern medicines… I don’t intend to let myself in their hands in this lifetime.
At least… I intend to control my health as much as possible.

I found a very interesting and documented article written by Nancy Appleton, Ph.D. “146 Reasons Why Sugar Is Ruining Your Health”, which… sincerely speaking, it almost scared me, knowing how many years I have consumed this lethal substance.
