There are moments in life when your soul almost yells, praising the One who created everything. There are moments of deep intensity, in which you feel that your heart will explode with so much happiness. Moreover, you want to share with someone this feeling. However, with whom to share it with? How will you be sure that the one you share with will understand each aspect of what you feel?
I wondered about this… I wondered a lot during this life. Finally, the answer my heart gave me was in accordance with my taste. I chose to share my happiness and gratitude for this happiness with the One who is giving to us all. He is good and does good… it is an old saying. If we perceive good or bad… this is another story… maybe one day we will talk about it also.
Sometime after I decided whom to be grateful to, the One considered without a doubt that I was such a good girl that He gave me a gift… another human with whom to share everything, even the smallest thoughts from my mind… my Man. I accepted this gift with all my heart and soul.
And… after some time… the One gave me another gift… perhaps again He considered that I was acting so well. He gave me my readers! Yes… YOU… my readers who support me and care about me. And I made another decision… I will share my happiness with the One who created all that was created, with the only Man who could ever read my soul and with YOU, my readers to whom I am so grateful.
And now here we are… what can be more grateful than a Gratitude Journal?
For you, I started this Journal. I will place here the little or big things I am thankful for. I will make it a space to reflect and maybe… maybe who knows? Maybe you will reflect with me also. Wouldn’t it be so nice to discover together, all those little things that we take for granted, but which in fact gives us a chance to be happy?
I am wondering if we, human beings truly know what happiness is.
Will YOU support me during this journey of gratitude caused by the happiness that is embracing my heart from time to time? Thanksgiving is around the corner. What can be a better time than to start a Gratitude Journal?
Will you share with me your happiness also?

Today I am grateful for one of the most amazing days I ever had since I started to write. I know I said that I can be happy for small things which usually remain unnoticed… but what can I do? The Creator who created everything, decided to make for me a special day.
I woke up in the morning and checked my emails.
The first surprise… I am one of the two winners of the contest organized by Nina Amir (www.ninaamir.com) for the NaNonFiWriMo’s (www.writenonfictionnow.com) contestants. For those who don’t know yet, this is the challenge for any writer who is writing Non-Fiction in November and can’t find a place in the NaNoWriMo contest, other than the “rebel” position. NaNonFiWriMo is the best way to write your book Non-Fiction in just 30 days. I hope you will join us next November. The theme of the contest was “Tips for writing. What keeps you writing?”
The happiness that this news provided me, made me float all day long in the house.
This happiness helped me to make a last effort to reach the goal of 50k words for the NaNoWriMo (www.nanowrimo.org) challenge. For those who don’t know, this is the November challenge for Fiction writers. It is a great way to zoom through with writing your novel. Again… I hope you will join us next year or you can do it in April and July during the Camps.
Again I felt that I could fly. While I was celebrating inside my heart both of these day’s victories… the Earth decided that it was too boring to stay calm so it dished out a small earthquake. It was short and nice but still scary reaching a magnitude of 5.7º on the Richter scale. The adrenaline level suddenly went crazy.
I am grateful! So many emotions filled my day!!! I really feel alive.
What about you, my friend? Were you happy today? Did you have a reason for being grateful? My soul is eager to feel your happiness.
“Let us be grateful to the people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom” said Marcel Proust a long time ago.
Let me be grateful to YOU my readers, who made my soul blossom in such an amazing way.
Heartiest Congratulations! Keep it up. We are all so proud of you
Thank you so much, my friend! 🙂
